180ml White/Black Version – Flame Color (Single)
180ml White/Black Pro version – flame color (color), support to customize any color (Red, blue, yellow, green, flame,purple, pink, etc.) or automatic gradient mode.
200ml White/Black/Green version – 3 color (flame, blue, purple), supports custom flame, blue, purple or automatic gradient mode.
Use caution
1. This is a diffuser, no need for any cotton swabs, you can add non-corrosive essential oils to diffuse the aroma.
2. Please make sure to use a 5V2A adapter for power supply, otherwise the circuit may be damaged.
3. Please make sure that the water level is below the MAX line, please do not let the water enter the ventilation duct, otherwise it may damage the circuit.
4. It is recommended to add essential oils. Please do not add perfume and cologne.

When you receive the product, please make sure the packaging is intact. Please read the manual and follow the operating instructions before using the product. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact us to explain the problem and provide pictures or videos. We will try to resolve the issue remotely. If the product is still unusable, we can resend or refund it for you.
Product not working
【Diffuser does not work】Please use the correct adapter (usually 5V2A or 12V, 24V adapter) according to the instructions, please make sure the water is below the water level line, please avoid water entering the vent.
【Humidifier does not work】Please make sure that the whole cotton swab of the humidifier is wet and bears against the lower end of the atomizing sheet inside the cover.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

I expected that diffuser will be bigger, but its smaller, but this is not bad. Only one that i dont like is that diffuser cant be used without USB charger
I tried to upload a photo but could not. There is not a setting to make the water vapor as strong as in the photo. But it looks really cool and nice with the low “flame” it does produce. Nice!
Product looks very Preety. My daughter loved it. It looks same as picture. But it doesn’t come with essential oil.
