I haven’t tried the 10% nhap toothpaste yet, but the 7.5% works okay so i’m hoping the higher nhap content will be better able to contend with my daily tea and cigarettes.

Seems good after a week. Obviously a lot of the ads are way too dramatic, but it’s been a noticable whitening, but more importantly what i wasnt expecting, my teeth are less sensitive than they used to be. I’ve been doing flouride toothpaste in the morning and afternoon(if i can remember) and hydroxyapatite toothpaste at night before bed. Arrived shockingly fast.

Great taste, milder than ordinary toothpaste, but refreshing. Mouthfeel is not chalky, like i expected, but creamier than other toothpaste. Best of all, so far is my teeth feel much cleaner than before after brushing, as if all the plaque is removed. I may come back to add bonus stars or take some away after i finish one tube i suspect i will be adding stars.

The order arrived very quickly. The taste is very good. Whether the teeth whitening will really be that effective will only become clear in the near future. According to internet research, the effect should not be immediate, but should occur over several weeks, as the buildup on the teeth happens slowly. Daily use is important. Its like my teeth have gotten whiter in 2 weeks! im still trying it out but at the first glance. and after the first 2 weeks. it feels like i can eat ice cream again. and the sensitivity of my teeth has gotten less intense. and my molars have started to ache less since the 1st week. i will update once im through both tubes and if im gonna order more.
