Super cute and well detailed. Very fast shipping and a lot of detail in the craftsmanship. My only concern was the plastic piece that holds the mounting screw in place came out instantly when trying to hang for the first time. I was able to add a little super glue to make the mounting washer permanent to the bear. Worked great after that.

The item is beautiful, but the packaging was not appropriate and for that reason it arrived broken. For that reason, I am not giving it 5 stars, but the bear is a good size and is identical to the listing.
